It’s time to unwind. The Beer Garden offers an exceptional space to enjoy networking, chatting, and enjoying a cold brew or non-alcoholic beverage. The brewery is conveniently located to downtown shopping and restaurants – where locally owned business owners and merchants welcome guests. Walking trails and historic sites abound in South Boston, VA for an after-hours experience that allows your attendees to unwind and relax.

The Perfect Venue

The Brightleaf Room

Host a training session, team building exercise, annual meeting, or other corporate or business event with up to 60 guests in this space with plenty of natural light. The Brightleaf Room boasts original brick walls and iconic windows for a nostalgic feel. Juxtaposed with a modern and uniquely designed flair for your special event, it becomes the perfect space for corporate events, networking, and entertaining. It adjoins the Taproom and the Chesterfield Ballroom for larger events.

The Chesterfield Ballroom

This spacious ballroom is perfect for larger corporate and business events. The nostalgia of the original prizery truly comes alive in this space, and it has seating for up to 240 guests. With internet access, projector, and large screen, you’re set for a successful meeting. Overnight accommodations nearby make Venue 210 at Factory Street Brewing the perfect central location for your corporate event. Sightseeing and exploring this historical community contribute to the experience.

The Beer Garden

Events are hosted in our spacious outdoor Beer Garden and it’s the perfect way to have your cocktail hour or networking session outdoors. Day or night, the Beer Garden is a light and airy space. Iron gates swing open to welcome your guests as they enter your event and the Garden has easy access to the Taproom. Outdoor tables and chairs are included in the space, there is a stage that offers endless possibilities to make it a great option for your event.

Factory Street Brewing Company is located in the historic district of South Boston and is Halifax County’s first microbrewery. Visitors are delighted by the total overhaul of this historic, 100-year-old Liggett-Myers tobacco prizery, including gorgeous mercury glass pendants, oversize beams, original brick work, and the unique bar which pays homage to the history of tobacco farming in the community. The bar is constructed from logs reclaimed from tobacco barns, and the bartop is made of real bright leaf and burley tobacco leaves. It provides the perfect setting for a successful corporate or business event.

Event Package Extras Available

All packages can be customized to meet your event needs and make it as unique as your group. Additional offerings include selection of tufted sofa lounge areas in reception rooms, and use of projectors and screens for media displays.

Parking is free and convenient to Factory Street Brewery. Tables, chairs and tablecloths are available in all packages. We set up tables and chairs to take the stress out of planning. We offer options for early set-up for caterers and vendors to make your event seamless. Overnight accommodations are conveniently located near the business. We are in close proximity to Richmond, VA; Danville, VA; and Raleigh-Durham, NC.
