The Silver Package provides everything you need for an event for up to 100 guests.
Entire space rental for Chesterfield Ballroom for Friday 4 p.m-10 p.m. or Saturday 12 p.m.-10 p.m.
Tables and chairs are provided and setup and taken down for up to 100 guests. We also welcome outside vendors and are excited to make your dream wedding a reality.
Includes custom tablecloths for your tables, access to our decor closet. And lounge setup in the Ballroom and portable Bar.
Includes AV setup for screen and projector or TV, podium and medium portable speakers and microphone. Includes trash removal.
We also welcome outside vendors and are excited to make your dream event or wedding a reality.

For larger and more upscale events, the Gold Package is the perfect solution for a seamless event for up to 240 guests.

The Brightleaf Room
Host a reception, milestone birthday, anniversary celebration, or other intimate event with up to 90 guests. The Brightleaf Room boasts original brick walls and iconic windows for a nostalgic feel. Juxtaposed with a modern and uniquely designed flair for your special event, it becomes the perfect space for celebrations, brews, food, and laughter. Capacity: 100 guests
The Chesterfield Ballroom
The Chesterfield Ballroom is a spacious ballroom perfect for weddings, receptions or other special occasions. The nostalgia of the original prizery truly comes alive in this space, and it has seating for up to 240 guests. Design your own space, or allow our exclusive Event Designer to bring your vision to reality. Dance the night away, enjoy local brews and beverages, and celebrate with family and friends in this historic space. Capacity 240 guests
The Beer Garden
Events are hosted in our spacious outdoor Beer Garden in our courtyard to enjoy our stage for live performances and and it’s the perfect way to have your cocktail hour outdoors while the ballroom is being prepared for a reception. The courtyard is surrounded by the original 100-year old brick wall and is open to the night sky and twinkling stars for evening events. Day or night, the Beer Garden is a light and airy space. 100 Year old brick walls accented by iron gates swing open to welcome your guests as they enter your event and the Garden has easy access to the Taproom. Outdoor tables and chairs are included in the space and it features a large stage. Capacity 200 guests.
The Taproom
All of our event spaces are easily accessible to and from the Taproom. Depending on the size of your event, you may choose to rent one or more spaces which surround this main room. The Taproom also opens directly into The Beer Garden for a smooth flow of entertainment options. The Taproom offers tables and chairs for seating, and spacious comfortable seating areas with leather sofas and chairs to complement the overall aesthetics of the building. Stop in the Taproom for a cold brew and let’s chat about your event! The taproom is available to rent if you choose to rent out all of the spaces in the brewery. Capacity 110 guests.
EVENT PACKAGE EXTRAS
Tables, chairs and linens are available. We offer three different exclusive packages for events and can also customize a unique package to suit your specific needs. We will work with your caterers and vendors to coordinate seamless delivery and execution. If you find your event exceeds capacity in the Brightleaf Room and Chesterfield Ballroom, our entire facility is available for rental for large weekend events. Factory Street Brewing collaborates with exclusive vendors to ensure your event is everything you’ve dreamed of and more. Event space clean-up fees are waived in all wedding packages. Factory Street Brewing Company is nestled in the historic district of South Boston and is Halifax County’s first and only microbrewery. Guests are delighted by the total overhaul of this historic, 100-year-old Liggett-Myers tobacco prizery, including gorgeous mercury glass pendants, oversized beams, original brick work, and the unique bar which pays homage to the history of tobacco farming in the community. The bar is constructed from reclaimed logs from tobacco barns, and the bar top is created from real bright leaf and burley tobacco leaves. It’s the ideal location for weddings and corporate events where you can integrate historical ambience with contemporary flair and everything in between.
